Robert Flood, whose Bradley Beach roots pre-date the founding of the Borough, talked about the history of the Police Department during a live online lecture on Sunday, June 14 at 3 PM. Descended directly from the second Marshal, Flood explored the early years of the local force from 1893 – 1918. BBHS did not issue “tickets” for this special program, and many viewers in the enthusiastic audience were related to early police officers.
