Sunday, April 7, 2019: Reclaim A Rocker, the first BBHS Community Art Workshop, was a tremendous success. Teams of friends, family groups, and enthusiastic painters turned out to decorate vintage rockers. Donated by BBHS supporters who love the idea of their old chairs finding new homes, the reclaimed rockers will be featured in the BBHS Summer Exhibition entitled Rock ’n Remember at the Bradley History Museum from June 1 – July 15. After the Exhibition, chairs may be auctioned off and/or donated to libraries, hospitals or senior centers. In addition, many will be on display around Bradley Beach throughout the summer.
